Check out to find out more about this high intensity, low impact workout developed by Sebastian Lagree. The workout is done on a machine called the megaformer and focuses on slow, controlled movements under variable tension in the form of springs. Core strengthening and proper alignment is of utmost importance in the workouts. If you have any kind of injury, there are so many modifications you can do on the machine. In my personal practice, I do have some chronic back pain, and am able to modify and still get a good workout in. I use this workout as a base for me, and I try to go 3-4 times a week and supplement with yoga, running, and other forms of high intensity workouts.

I love this workout so much that I obtained my Lagree certification in April 2019. I currently teach in Houston at Fyre Fitness in the Heights area on Sundays at noon. Come check out my class. Drop me a note if you're interested!
