Welcome 2020

Writer: michelledangmdmichelledangmd

As we welcome the new decade and say goodbye to 2019, I want to thank all my readers and followers. It's been an interesting year full of challenges and learning the business of medicine and social media. I am looking forward to continuing to grow my passion of integrative medicine and fitness/wellness this upcoming year. I hope to continue sharing my passion with you all.

One of the things I've come to love (and I'm really late to the game) is podcasts! I can't seem to get enough of them. My favorite times to listen are when I'm going for a long run or when I'm in the car. I started with true crime podcasts, and moved on to podcasts about and for doctors. I'm so inspired by doctors and professionals who have followed their passions and found a fulfilling way to affect positive change. I hope to be a vehicle of change for others in the future.

What you can hopefully find in the next year from me:

- More personal stories about my path to medicine

- Tidbits of information related to health, fitness, and integrative medicine

- Cooking videos

- Interviews with other healthcare professionals

- And altogether more regular content on all social media platforms: I'm on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook but I'm a writer at heart, so I'll be updating my blog more regularly!

See you on the other side of 2020!
